General Provisions

1.1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, "Platform" refers to the ppvop website, its mobile version, and all associated services. "User" refers to any person who has registered at ppvop or is using the platform's services. "Account" refers to a user's personal profile on the platform.

1.2 Changes to the Terms

ppvop reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.

1.3 Language of Applicability

These terms have been written in Bengali and the Bengali version is considered final and binding. If a translation into English or any other language exists, it is for convenience only, and in the event of any conflict with the Bengali version, the Bengali version shall prevail.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account at ppvop. Any person under 21 is strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform. ppvop may request identity documents or proof of age for verification at any time.

2.2 Registration Terms

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or closed. Each person may open only one account — operating multiple accounts is prohibited and doing so will result in all accounts being closed immediately.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. No third party may be allowed to access your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or a security breach, you must notify ppvop support immediately.

2.4 Account Verification

ppvop may ask you to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time. If the required documents are not provided in time, the withdrawal process may be delayed or the account may be temporarily suspended.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit amount at ppvop is ৳100 for each payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

3.2 Payment Methods

ppvop supports the following payment methods in Bangladesh:

• bKash — Mobile Banking
• Nagad — Mobile Banking
• Rocket — Mobile Banking
• Bank Transfer — Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks

You must only use a payment account registered in your own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals on verified accounts are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, if additional verification is required or there is a delay in the banking system, the time may increase. ppvop reserves the right to review or temporarily hold a withdrawal request without stating a reason.

3.4 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Any charges related to currency conversion are the user's own responsibility.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

ppvop offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be met to use the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
• ppvop reserves the right to change the terms of any bonus offer or cancel an offer at any time.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses through improper or fraudulent means will result in the account being closed.

4.4 VIP Program

ppvop has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier — up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, and up to 1.2% at Gold. Progression through VIP tiers is determined by the user's activity. ppvop may change the details of the VIP program at any time.

Prohibited Activities

5.1 Fraudulent Behavior

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppvop platform and will result in the account being closed immediately and the balance potentially being forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts
• Using false identities or documents
• Abusing bonuses or promotions
• Using software, bots, or automated tools in any game
• Attempting to manipulate outcomes in collusion with other users
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes

5.2 Technical Interference

Any attempt at unauthorized access to or interference with the platform's software, database, or network infrastructure is a serious violation and is subject to legal action.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Gaming Services

ppvop provides various types of gaming services including slot games, live casino, and sports betting. Each game may have its own rules, which will be described on that game's page or within the game interface.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete or the outcome is uncertain due to a server or technical error, ppvop reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount. ppvop is not obligated to pay any incorrect winning amounts displayed due to a technical error.

6.3 Finality of Game Results

A game result is considered final as soon as it is recorded on the server. If the result displayed on a user's device differs from the server result due to a problem with the user's device or internet connection, the server result will be considered authoritative.

Responsible Gaming

7.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

ppvop is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be an entertainment activity, not a solution to financial problems. Users can set their own playing limits according to their means.

7.2 Self-Exclusion Feature

ppvop uses SSL encryption technology to keep users' information and transactions secure. However, no transmission of data over the internet is completely risk-free — users are also responsible for the security of their own accounts.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

9.1 ppvop's Authority

ppvop reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms
• Evidence of false information or fraud
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts
• Evidence of bonus or promotion abuse
• Failure to submit documents required for verification
• Suspicion of violation of any law or regulation

9.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact ppvop support to do so. Any pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed, however unused bonuses will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

ppvop strives to provide uninterrupted service as far as possible, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. ppvop is not obligated to provide compensation for this.

10.2 Third-Party Content

The ppvop platform uses products from third-party game software providers. ppvop is not responsible for the services or content of these third parties.

10.3 Financial Losses

Gaming is inherently financially risky. Users make a conscious decision to place bets and ppvop does not bear responsibility for any financial losses that result. It is recommended to play only with money you can afford to lose.

If any provision of these terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by any court or authority, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between ppvop and the user, and supersede any prior understandings or agreements.

12.3 Language of Communication

Official communication with ppvop may be conducted in Bengali or English. The support team is also able to respond in both Bengali and English.

12.4 Severability

These terms and conditions must be read together with ppvop's privacy policy and responsible gaming policy. All policies together form the operational framework of ppvop.
